Appraisal Services and Fees

Green Valley Auctions & Moving offers estate appraisal services for tax filing purposes and family dispersals.

Rates

• $100 for the first hour, $85 for each additional hour, with a minimum one hour charge. If additional research time is required there is a charge of $40 per hour.
• We charge no fees for travel within a 30 minute drive of Mt. Crawford; however, we do charge $35 per hour for trips beyond that range.
• We do not appraise furs or jewelry containing precious stones.
