Lot 691 - FREE-BLOWN, PATTERN-MOLDED AND ENGRAVED CELERY GLASS, colorless with a light gray tint, superimposed 20-rib gadrooning around lower body, applied compressed knop stem and slightly sloping foot with rough pontil mark. Decoration consists of a flower basket and two floral plumes within intricate floral swags with tassels. Probably Pittsburgh region, possibly Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1815-1830. 8 1/2" h, 5 3/8" dia rim, 4" dia foot. Undamaged. Estimate: $800 - $1,200.

Lot 692 - CUT STRAWBERRY DIAMONDS AND RAYED ROUNDELS CELERY GLASS, colorless, cut laurel wreath below the delicately notched rim, panel cut base, applied knop stem and star-cut circular foot. Probably Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1820-1830. 8" h, 5 1/4" dia rim, 4 1/8" dia foot. Undamaged, light 1/2" scratch below rim. Estimate: $300 - $500.

Lot 693 - CUT STRAWBERRY DIAMONDS AND FANS COMPOTE, colorless, delicately notched rim, band of short panels cut below diamonds, applied knop stem and star-cut circular foot. Bowl is somewhat tilted. Probably Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1820-1830. 6 1/2" to 6 3/4" h, 9" dia rim, 4 1/4" dia foot. Undamaged, several short scratches under bowl and some expected light wear to interior. Estimate: $300 - $500.

Lot 694 - CUT LAUREL WREATH AND ROUNDELS CELERY GLASS, colorless, plain rim, cut lined panel base, applied button stem and plain circular foot with polished pontil mark. Probably Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1820-1830. 7 7/8" h, 5 1/4" dia rim, 4 1/8" dia foot. Undamaged. Estimate: $200 - $300.

Lot 695 - CUT STRAWBERRY DIAMONDS, FANS AND RAYED ROUNDELS QUART DECANTER, colorless, three applied neck rings above shoulder flutes, applied circular foot with large polished pontil mark, hollow roundel and star cut stopper. Probably Pittsburgh, possibly Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1820-1830. 10 1/4" h overall, 8" h bottle, 3 3/4" dia foot. Undamaged except for two minute flakes to cuttings and a small chip to the lower ring of stopper. Estimate: $200 - $300.

Lot 697 - FREE-BLOWN, CUT AND ENGRAVED CHALICE, colorless soda-lime glass, conical bowl elaborately engraved with birds, daisies, grapes and floral wreaths, along with cut punties, applied inverted baluster stem and wide sloping foot with light rough pontil mark. Probably Continental. First half 19th century. 7 1/4" h, 4 3/4" dia rim, 5" dia foot. Undamaged with very light wear to interior base. Estimate: $100 - $150.

Lot 698 - CUT PLUMES AND ROUNDELS WINE GLASSES, SET OF SIX, colorless, each with an applied bladed-button stem and plain foot, one with rough pontil mark and others with polished pontil mark. Probably Pittsburgh. 1820-1840. 4" to 4 1/4" h. Four undamaged, one with a foot flake and underfill, one with a stem flake. Estimate: $100 - $150.

Lot 699 - CUT DIAMOND PANEL JUG, colorless, body features six diamond panels with plain panels above and rays below, step-cut neck and partially serrated rim, applied solid handle with cut and polished lower terminal, wide polished pontil mark. Probably Irish. 1815-1830. 6 1/8" h, 4 1/4" dia rim. Undamaged except for the normal minute nicks to numerous points, very light interior wear. Estimate: $100 - $150.

Lot 700 - PANEL CUT AND ENGRAVED QUART JUG, colorless, eight neck flutes and 12 basal flutes, medial engraved Vintage decoration, applied handle, factory polished sides of rim and handle terminal, polished pontil mark. Probably New England or New York. Third quarter 19th century. 8 3/4" h overall, 4 1/4" dia rim, 4 1/4" dia base. Undamaged except for two minute nicks to one base flute. Estimate: $100 - $150.

Probably Continental. 19th century. 6" h, 3" dia rim, 3 5/8" dia foot. Undamaged except for a minute flake to rim. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 705 - CUT STRAWBERRY DIAMONDS AND FANS PINT DECANTER AND TUMBLER, colorless, decanter with three applied neck rings above shoulder flutes, applied circular foot with large cut star, and hollow matching stopper, tumbler with basal flutes and star-cut base. Probably Pittsburgh, possibly others. 1820-1840. Decanter 9 1/2" h overall, 7 1/4" h bottle, 3 1/8" dia foot; tumbler 3 1/2" h. Decanter with some minute pattern nicks, polishing to edge of foot, stopper is a different tint, tumbler with minor base flakes. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 708 - SANDWICH LATE BLOWN AND ENGRAVED GOBLETS, SET OF EIGHT, colorless lead glass, each with engraved Ivy Scroll pattern below rim and encircling an "S" initial, plain stem and polished pontil mark. Both pattern and form are illustrated in the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. catalog of 1874. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1870-1885. 6 1/4" h. Six undamaged, one with horizontal interior scratch, one with foot chip. Estimate: $75 - $125.
