Lot 1025 - LEE/ROSE NO. 31 CUP PLATE, colorless, 15 even scallops with small round dots on rim, peculiar out-of-place single dot on lower shoulder. Rare, probably very rare. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. or New England Glass Co. Second quarter 19th century. 3 1/2" dia. Proof except for overall mold roughness to table ring, several surface annealing refractions off scallop valleys. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 1026 - LEE/ROSE NO. 31 CUP PLATE, colorless, 15 even scallops with small round dots on rim, peculiar out-of-place single dot on lower shoulder. Rare, probably very rare. Lot 1027 - LEE/ROSE NO. 37 CUP PLATE, light opalescent, 17 even scallops. Very rare. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Second quarter 19th century. 3 1/4" dia. Proof except for a few minute rim flakes and an area of mold roughness to table ring. Estimate: $100 - $150.

Lot 1028 - LEE/ROSE NO. 44 CUP PLATE, colorless, 17 even scallops. Very rare. New England. Second quarter 19th century. 3 1/4" dia. Very good condition, one light outer-rim chip which only slightly disfigures the profile, light rim flaking/mold roughness, flake off table ring. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 1029 - LEE/ROSE NO. 60 CUP PLATE, colorless, somewhat cloudy, plain rope rim, top only. Rare. Eastern. Second quarter 19th century. 3 3/8" dia. Near proof with some light under-rim flaking/mold roughness along with a flake and area of mold roughness to table ring. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 1030 - LEE/ROSE NO. 71 CUP PLATE, colorless, 14 scallops with single point between. Rare. Philadelphia area. Second quarter 19th century. 3 5/8" dia. Near proof with only one tipped point and an adjoining minute annealing fracture. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 1031 - LEE/ROSE NO. 82 CUP PLATE, strong fiery opalescent shading to a colorless rim, plain rim. Extremely rare. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Second quarter 19th century. 3 5/8" dia. Well above average having only a small chip and flake to outer rim, along with minor mold roughness under rim. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 1032 - LEE/ROSE NO. 99 CUP PLATE, colorless, plain rim. Rare. Philadelphia area, possibly Union Glass Works. Second quarter 19th century. 3 1/4" dia. Proof with a small underfill which does affect the rim slightly. Estimate: $30 - $50.

Lot 1033 - LEE/ROSE NO. 135-A CUP PLATE, slightly cloudy blue, 36 bull's-eye scallops. Very or extremely rare. Midwestern, probably Pittsburgh. Second quarter 19th century. 3 3/8" dia. Well above average with all bull's eyes intact, one scallop tipped and several others lightly tipped, one top-rim flake and other very light flakes/mold roughness. Estimate: $500 - $800.

Lot 1045 - LEE/ROSE NO. 225-B CUP PLATE, colorless, nine pairs of large scallops with four smaller between, dot in center of cavetto. Very rare. Philadelphia area, probably Union Glass Works. Second quarter 19th century. 3 7/16" dia. Proof except for an under-rim spall which does not affect the rim profile and one very lightly tipped scallop. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 1048 - LEE/ROSE NO. 232-A CUP PLATE, colorless, 12-sided with 60 scallops. Rare, possibly very or extremely rare (see note). Eastern, but uncertain. Second quarter 19th century. 3 7/16" dia. Four scallops tipped and several others lightly tipped, flaking/mold roughness to table ring. Estimate: $30 - $50.

Above average condition with the partial loss of one scallop and another very lightly tipped, small rim underfill affecting three scallops. Estimate: $100 - $150.
