Lot 96 - ADMIRAL DEWEY FIVE-PIECE WATER SET, colorless, consisting of a water pitcher and four tumblers. Fourth quarter 19th century. Pitcher 9" h overall, 4 7/8" dia, tumblers 3 7/8" h, 2 3/4" dia. Pitcher with three annealing fissures at rim, tumblers with nicks/roughness to line above pattern. Estimate: $150 - $250. Lot 97 - BRICK BUILDING CONFECTION DISH SECTION, colorless, being the second or third story section with windows of Carl Cappel's 1893 patent which is illustrated in Revi's American Pressed Glass and Figure Bottles, p. 345. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3" h, 5 7/8" x 7 3/8". Excellent condition, several interior rim chips and mold roughness, 1/2" crack at one corner, chip to two lower corners, none of which disfigures the overall profile. Estimate: $50 - $75. Provenance: From a Minnesota estate collection. Lot 99 - DOG HOUSE TWO-PART BOX, blue, the top being the entire house which sits on the base featuring an interior well. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3" h, 2 1/2" x 4 1/4". Excellent condition, top with a chip to lower front edge which does not affect the rim and a tiny potstone with light bruise to interior, base with just a light flake to one corner and an 1/8" annealing crack to inner rim. Estimate: $75 - $125. Provenance: From a Minnesota estate collection. Lot 100 - DUNCAN CORNUCOPIA AND HAND VASES, LOT OF TWO, amber, in two sizes, both with lightly scalloped rim and ribbed base. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3 1/4" h, 3 1/8" sq. Undamaged with minor mold roughness and short annealing separations to base. Estimate: $50 - $75. Provenance: From a Minnesota estate collection. Lot 103 - FISH COVERED DISH, pale green with all-over satin finish, fully patterned on cover and base, protruding tail and one fin on base and two fins on cover. Late 19th/early 20th century. 2 1/4" h overall, 4 3/4" x 8 1/2" overall. Undamaged with just a hint of interior mold roughness. Estimate: $50 - $75. Provenance: From a Minnesota estate collection. Provenance: From a Minnesota estate collection. Lot 105 - JENNY LIND / COLUMBIA STATUE, colorless and frosted, on a circular domed base molded with a floral wreath underneath. This is the standard illustrated in Lindsey's American Historical Glass, p. 434, fig. 424, which is wafer attached to a Beaded Panels bowl. The statue offered here features fully molded hair on top of her head and was never attached to another unit. Probably Crystal Glass Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4 1/4" h, 4 3/4" dia base. Lot 113 - RECUMBENT DOG COVERED POMADE JAR, colorless, unpatterned panel on jar, presumably for a product label, remainder of jar and under cover patterned with diamonds, beaded-edge foot with rosette underneath. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4" h overall, 2" x 2 5/8" overall. Cover with a shallow chip to rear outer edge and flaking/mold roughness under rim, jar undamaged. Estimate: $75 - $125. Bases undamaged except for a single flake under one base corner of each, cover with a 1" crack off spoon slot (which is not uncommon) and a single flake under one corner. Estimate: $50 - $75. Fourth quarter 19th century. Shoe 5 1/8" h, 1 1/2" x 3 1/2", pail 3 1/2" h, 3 1/4" dia rim. Shoe with moderate mold roughness to rim, otherwise undamaged, pail undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75. Lot 130 - VASELINE PRESSED GLASS SMOKING STAND, cigarette cup and horizontal-ribbed cup for matches, each on two rows of brick, on base with interior ribbing. Very good overall condition, having several flakes to the rim of each cup, a short annealing line to the rim of the match cup and another to the base. Estimate: $75 - $125. First with a small V-shape chip to base rim and minor flaking, second with a small V-shape chip to one back rim corner, very minor mold roughness, and several normal light annealing lines. Fourth quarter 19th century. First 3" h overall, 2 5/8" x 4 1/4" base, second 4 1/2" h. First in excellent condition with much less than expected flaking/mold roughness to the corners of the top, a 1/4" annealing line to one roof corner, the base with only a shallow chip to one corner of well rim, second in fair condition with loss at hanger hole and several chips.
