Lot 96 - ADMIRAL DEWEY FIVE-PIECE WATER SET, colorless, consisting of a water pitcher and four tumblers. Fourth quarter 19th century. Pitcher 9" h overall, 4 7/8" dia, tumblers 3 7/8" h, 2 3/4" dia. Pitcher with three annealing fissures at rim, tumblers with nicks/roughness to line above pattern. Estimate: $150 - $250.
Lot 97 - BRICK BUILDING CONFECTION DISH SECTION, colorless, being the second or third story section with windows of Carl Cappel's 1893 patent which is illustrated in Revi's American Pressed Glass and Figure Bottles, p. 345. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3" h, 5 7/8" x 7 3/8". Excellent condition, several interior rim chips and mold roughness, 1/2" crack at one corner, chip to two lower corners, none of which disfigures the overall profile. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 98 - BRICKS AND HORSEHEADS COVERED MUSTARD, apple green, original cover with spoon slot. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3 5/8" h overall, 2 3/4" dia base. Excellent condition, one horsehead with chip to one ear, two shallow chips under base. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 99 - DOG HOUSE TWO-PART BOX, blue, the top being the entire house which sits on the base featuring an interior well. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3" h, 2 1/2" x 4 1/4". Excellent condition, top with a chip to lower front edge which does not affect the rim and a tiny potstone with light bruise to interior, base with just a light flake to one corner and an 1/8" annealing crack to inner rim. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 100 - DUNCAN CORNUCOPIA AND HAND VASES, LOT OF TWO, amber, in two sizes, both with lightly scalloped rim and ribbed base. George Duncan & Sons. Fourth quarter 19th century. 5" and 6" h. Undamaged except for a flake to base of large example. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 101 - DUNCAN DAISY AND BUTTON UMBRELLA, amber, on foot, with metal handle. George Duncan & Sons. Fourth quarter 19th century. 6 5/8" h overall, 3 3/8" dia rim, 2 7/8" dia foot. Undamaged except for a chip to the point of the umbrella which was undoubtedly done when it was ground to sit flat on the foot. Estimate: $150 - $250.

Lot 102 - ENGLISH CASTLE-FORM CIGAR HOLDER, colorless opalescent, embossed "Rd 29780" in base, ribbed under base, polished table ring. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3 1/4" h, 3 1/8" sq. Undamaged with minor mold roughness and short annealing separations to base. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 103 - FISH COVERED DISH, pale green with all-over satin finish, fully patterned on cover and base, protruding tail and one fin on base and two fins on cover. Late 19th/early 20th century. 2 1/4" h overall, 4 3/4" x 8 1/2" overall. Undamaged with just a hint of interior mold roughness. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 104 - GRIDLEY AND DEWEY WATER PITCHERS, LOT OF TWO, colorless, one with slight gray tint. Late 19th/early 20th century. 9" h overall. Undamaged. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 105 - JENNY LIND / COLUMBIA STATUE, colorless and frosted, on a circular domed base molded with a floral wreath underneath. This is the standard illustrated in Lindsey's American Historical Glass, p. 434, fig. 424, which is wafer attached to a Beaded Panels bowl. The statue offered here features fully molded hair on top of her head and was never attached to another unit. Probably Crystal Glass Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4 1/4" h, 4 3/4" dia base. Undamaged. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 106 - LIBBEY 1893 WORLD'S FAIR BOAT-FORM DISH, colorless, embossed "SANTA MARIA" on sides, and "WORLD'S FAIR 1893" and "LIBBEY GLASS CO., TOLEDO, OHIO" under base. Libbey Glass Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 2 1/4" h, 2 5/8" x 6 12". Undamaged except for a chip to lower edge of rudder. Estimate: $150 - $250.

Lot 107 - LIBERTY BELL MINIATURE MUG, opaque white/milk glass, embossed "1776 1876" between the bells. Fourth quarter 19th century. 2" h, 1 3/4" dia rim. Undamaged except for a minute rim flake, normal short annealing lines. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 108 - MCKEE CANARY COVERED DISH, vaseline, round basketweave base, signed under cover. McKee & Brothers. Late 19th/early 20th century. 3 3/4" h overall, 4 1/2" dia. Undamaged except for two minute flakes to base rim. Estimate: $300 - $400.

Lot 109 - MIXED GROUP OF AMBER ARTICLES, LOT OF 23, including 12 bead-top hatpins, two cards of buttons, a small facet-cut paperweight, etc. 19th and 20th centuries. Hatpins 5 1/8" long. Undamaged except for one chip. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 110 - PRESSED GLASS NOVELTIES, LOT OF EIGHT, amber, including three Shoes, Kitten on Pillow toothpick holder and a Pocket Watch butter dish with colorless cover, together with three other articles. Fourth quarter 19th century. Various sizes. Shoes with interior rim mold roughness and one with flake to heel, others undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 111 - PRESSED GLASS NOVELTIES, LOT OF TEN, amber, consisting of a whisk broom, four various fans and five various leaves. Fourth quarter 19th century. Whisk broom 5" x 7 1/2" overall. Broom and one fan with minor mold roughness to rim, others undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 112 - RABBIT COVERED DISHES, LOT OF TWO, colorless, consisting of a Flaccus on oval ribbed base and a signed Vallerysthal example. First half 20th century. 3 1/4" and 4 1/4" h overall. Undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 113 - RECUMBENT DOG COVERED POMADE JAR, colorless, unpatterned panel on jar, presumably for a product label, remainder of jar and under cover patterned with diamonds, beaded-edge foot with rosette underneath. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4" h overall, 2" x 2 5/8" overall. Cover with a shallow chip to rear outer edge and flaking/mold roughness under rim, jar undamaged. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 114 - "TECUMSEH" LOG CABIN MUSTARD JAR, colorless, original cover with spoon slot. Along with an extra base. Two pieces total. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3 3/4" h overall, 2 1/8" sq base. Bases undamaged except for a single flake under one base corner of each, cover with a 1" crack off spoon slot (which is not uncommon) and a single flake under one corner. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 115 - UNIDENTIFIED THREE-PIECE SMOKING SET, amber, match holder and tub on tray with seat rings. Fourth quarter 19th century. 2 1/2" h overall, 4 5/8" x 6 1/4" tray. Undamaged except for a small chip to one tub handle. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 116 - VARIOUS TOOTHPICK HOLDERS, LOT OF SEVEN, amber, including a Kitten on a Pillow and a Conductor's Hat, together with five others. Fourth quarter 19th century. Kitten 3 1/2" h, 2 7/8" sq overall. Two unspecified examples with minor rim roughness, one with a pattern flake, remaining examples undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 118 - VARIOUS DOG FIGURAL ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, consisting of a colorless Recumbent Dog covered pomade jar and Scottie candy container, along with an amber wide-rib base covered dish. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 3 1/4" to 4" h overall. First with a large chip to cover rim and overall flaking/roughness to jar rim, second with a shallow chip to front of one ear, third with a shallow chip and flake to base rim. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 119 - VARIOUS GLASS BOOTS, LOT OF EIGHT, various colors, three with embossed lettering under base, one with original paint decoration. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 2 7/8" to 5 1/2" h. Decorated example with a chip under base, other tall colorless example with an annealing crack to base, slag example with base roughness, others undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 120 - VARIOUS GLASS SHOES, LOT OF FIVE, various colors, including a frosted signed Gillinder Centennial example and a small amber example embossed "B. &. R." on side. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 4" to 5 3/4" long. Colorless example with a rim flake and base roughness, others undamaged with minor mold roughness. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 122 - VARIOUS GLASS SHOES, LOT OF SIX, vaseline and other colors, consisting of three Daisy and Button with embossed advertising underneath, one Finecut embossed "H. T." within an oval, and two on roller skates. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4" to 6" long. Large vaseline example with shallow chip to outer rim, Finecut example with flake to heel, others undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 123 - VARIOUS GLASS ANIMAL FIGURES, LOT OF 11, various colors, consisting of four elephants, one embossed "G.O.P." on side, two owls, two squirrels, a bear, a rabbit, and a Fenton baby duck. 20th century. 2" to 3 1/2" h. Lettered example with chip under base, several others with flakes/roughness. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 124 - VARIOUS NOVELTY ARTICLES, LOT OF EIGHT, colorless, green and opaque white/milk glass, consisting of five hatchets including one 1893 World's Fair, one hammer, one knife, and one revolver, some souvenir, several with very good original decoration. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 5" to 8 1/4" long. World's Fair example with two small chips to blade, others undamaged. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 125 - VARIOUS NOVELTY ARTICLES, LOT OF FIVE, consisting of a vaseline whisk broom, a colorless Jumbo elephant head wall pocket and wooden crate, along with two amber articles. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 1" to 5" h. Broom with a long narrow inner rim chip, Jumbo with two minute flakes, crate with flake under cover, others undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 126 - VARIOUS NOVELTY ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, opaque blue Old Man with Basket signed "PORTIEUX" under base, colorless Elf with Basket, and opaque pale green Bird egg cup with gold decoration. Fourth quarter 19th to first quarter 20th century. 2 1/2" to 4 1/8" h. Undamaged, first with normal short annealing lines. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 127 - VARIOUS NOVELTY AND HISTORICAL ARTICLES, LOT OF FIVE, consisting of a blue 1848-1898 German Kaiser Jubilee plate, a blue Daisy & Button acorn-form dish, a blue and an amber Mortar mustard jar, the later with original cover, and a colorless Four-Wheel Cart nappy. Fourth quarter 19th century. Plate 6" dia. Well above average condition with a few minor flakes. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 128 - VARIOUS RUBY-STAINED NOVELTY ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, consisting of a ring tree and two hatchets, each with souvenir lettering. First quarter 20th century. 3 1/2" h and 6 1/4" long. Undamaged, one with wear to lettering. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 129 - VASELINE PRESSED GLASS NOVELTIES, LOT OF TWO, consisting of a high-top shoe, embossed under base "PAT. APPLIED FOR" and "BOUQUET HOLDER", and a pail, embossed "PATENTED", lacking handle. Fourth quarter 19th century. Shoe 5 1/8" h, 1 1/2" x 3 1/2", pail 3 1/2" h, 3 1/4" dia rim. Shoe with moderate mold roughness to rim, otherwise undamaged, pail undamaged. Estimate: $50 - $75.

Lot 130 - VASELINE PRESSED GLASS SMOKING STAND, cigarette cup and horizontal-ribbed cup for matches, each on two rows of brick, on base with interior ribbing. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3" and 4" h, 3" x 5 3/4". Very good overall condition, having several flakes to the rim of each cup, a short annealing line to the rim of the match cup and another to the base. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 131 - VICTORIAN GILT BRASS AND GLASS DOOR BELL, exterior knotted rope-form frame with two facet-cut amber glass mounts, brass bell on interior. Fourth quarter 19th century. 6 1/4" h, 3 1/2" wide. Excellent working condition with no damage to glass, minor wear to gilt. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 132 - VICTORIAN PRESSED GLASS NOVELTIES, LOT OF TWO, amber, consisting of a dog covered box on a ribbed base and a stove-form double matchholder. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4 1/4" h, 3" x 5" base, and 2 7/8" h, 3" x 4" base. First with a small V-shape chip to base rim and minor flaking, second with a small V-shape chip to one back rim corner, very minor mold roughness, and several normal light annealing lines. Estimate: $75 - $125.

Lot 133 - VICTORIAN PRESSED GLASS NOVELTIES, LOT OF TWO, blue dog house form box, the top being the entire house which sits on the base featuring an interior well, along with a colorless Jenny Lind wall match safe. Fourth quarter 19th century. First 3" h overall, 2 5/8" x 4 1/4" base, second 4 1/2" h. First in excellent condition with much less than expected flaking/mold roughness to the corners of the top, a 1/4" annealing line to one roof corner, the base with only a shallow chip to one corner of well rim, second in fair condition with loss at hanger hole and several chips. Estimate: $75 - $125.
