Shenandoah Valley tall case clock by Fry & Davis of Woodstock, Virginia. It was the most sophisticated example known, being in a walnut case with stop fluted quarter columns attributed to the Martin/Fry cabinet shop of Winchester, VA. One of only a handful known to exist, it had been deaccessioned by a New Jersey historical society in the 1980s. ($27,000)

A group of dark blue Staffordshire "States" pattern sold and included a 18 1/2" platter ($1150); a 14 1/2" platter with a hairline ($450); a 4 3/4" creamer with two repaired chips ($1100); 8" pitcher with crowsfoot in base ($1000); a 9 1/4" wash pitcher, restored lip ($600) and a cup plate ($325).
